Services may be ordered individually or as part of bundled packages.

2. ✍️ Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Maintain communication during the project timeline
  
  

• Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner
  
  

• Secure any necessary rights or permissions for third-party materials included in your manuscript or cover
  
  

3. 📄 Intellectual Property

You retain full copyright and ownership of your manuscript and cover materials.

By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Edit, format, and prepare your work for publishing
  
  

• Use excerpts or cover visuals for promotional purposes (with your written consent)
  
  

Final deliverables will be returned to you in editable or publication-ready formats.

4. 💳 Payment & Refunds

• Payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed.
  
  

• All prices are clearly listed on our Services or Pricing pages.
  
  

• We use secure third-party processors (e.g. Stripe, PayPal) for all transactions.
  
  

• Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis only before substantive work has commenced.
  
  

5. 🗓️ Timelines & Revisions

• Standard project timelines vary based on scope and will be communicated before work begins.
  
  

• Reasonable revisions are included for each service (outlined per project).
  
  

• Excessive or out-of-scope changes may incur additional charges.
  
  

6. 📦 Distribution & ISBN

• If ISBN and distribution services are selected, we will register your ISBN through our publishing imprint unless otherwise agreed.
  
  

• We will submit your final files to platforms like Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Apple Books. Acceptance is subject to each platform’s policies.
  
  

• We are not responsible for delays or rejections from external distributors.
  
  

7. 📧 Communication

We use email as our primary form of communication. You are responsible for checking and responding to emails related to your project.

8. 🔒 Confidentiality

All submitted content is treated as confidential. We will not share or use your manuscript, cover art, or personal data outside of the agreed services.

9. 📍 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of UK courts.

10. ❗Limitation of Liability

While we aim to deliver high-quality work, we do not guarantee specific sales results, distributor approvals, or financial success. Our liability is limited to the cost of services rendered.
